Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Dukaan is free forever with no trial period, no credit card required, and no per-invoice charges. You get unlimited invoices, parties, items, and businesses. We will never paywall these core features.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, you keep access to paid features until your current billing period ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. For annual plans, we also support bank transfers.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. The Vyapaar plan drops from Rs 499/mo to Rs 399/mo, and Udyam drops from Rs 1,999/mo to Rs 1,599/mo.
Is my data safe? Can I export it?
Your data is yours. Hisaabo runs on your own infrastructure when self-hosted, or on encrypted Indian servers for the cloud version. You can export all your data in CSV, JSON, or PDF at any time, no questions asked.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your data stays safe. You are downgraded to the Dukaan (free) plan, which means you keep all your data and core features. You only lose access to paid-tier features. We never delete your data.
