How long does the import take?
Most imports finish in under 2 minutes. Large datasets with thousands of invoices may take up to 5 minutes. You can continue using Hisaabo while the import runs in the background.
Will my invoice numbers be preserved?
Yes. We import your exact invoice numbers so your records stay consistent. New invoices continue from where your old numbering left off.
What file formats do you accept for import?
We accept CSV and Excel (XLSX) files. Most billing apps let you export in one of these formats. We also have direct import integrations for popular apps.
Can I import data from multiple apps?
Absolutely. If you have been using different tools for different businesses, you can import data from each one into separate businesses within Hisaabo.
What if something goes wrong during import?
Every import creates a detailed log. If any records fail to import, you will see exactly which ones and why. You can fix and re-import just those records without duplicating the rest.
Do I need to cancel my old subscription first?
No. Import your data to Hisaabo first, verify everything looks correct, then cancel your old subscription when you are ready. There is no rush.
